Tatsujin is made from the kanji for Dragon and Person, so it could mean Dragon Person, but it can also mean Barbarian and various things. I think Marina was using a pun for Skilled or Expert, and a few moments later she does a pun sentence with Tatsuwa which can mean Skilled or Expert. So she might mean that she wants to become an Expert in Positivity this year.
